The 30-day window starts the day your hand-turned game calls arrive. Whether it's for hunting season or practice, we stand behind our craftsmanship and the acoustic precision of every piece.

We will process your refund within 30 days of receiving the returned calls in pristine condition. Refunds go to the original payment method, and we charge no restocking fees for standard items.
Eligibility for returns:
For your crafted calls to be eligible for a return, please confirm that:
Standard calls were bought within 30 days
The calls remain in original condition
The following items cannot be returned:
Custom-turned or personalized calls made to your specific engravings.
Calls showing field wear, moisture damage, or signs of use outdoors.
Mouthpieces or reeds that have been blown into, for hygiene reasons.
Any limited edition hardwood pieces that have been modified or altered.
We reserve the right to refuse returns on any handcrafted calls that do not meet these stringent conditions upon inspection.
Shipping Return
You cover the cost of returning your calls. Please securely pack and ship the hardwoods to this location:

We are not responsible for game calls lost or damaged in transit. We strongly suggest using an insured, trackable shipping service. Refunds are issued only after we physically receive and verify the returned calls at our workshop.
Gifts:
If a call was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, we will issue a store credit for its value. Once the hardwood call is safely returned, a digital certificate will be emailed.
If the call wasn't marked as a gift, or the buyer received it first to give to you later, the refund goes directly back to the original buyer's payment method.
